Wave 98.3 has been growing steadily since its launch in July of 2022. Our expanding audience includes all those who listen over the air on 98.3 in the Vancouver area and also those in BC who stream our station using wave983.fm.

If you live in BC and stream the Wave using our Ontario site, wave.fm, we have an important request to make:

PLEASE STREAM THE STATION USING wave983.fm, NOT wave.fm!

This will help us to grow our client base, an important element in remaining successful

AND, by using wave983.fm for your streaming, you will hear more news about local services and Wave related events in the Vancouver area, information that is not carried on the wave.fm feed.

If you reside in Ontario, please continue to stream on wave.fm to hear information regarding Ontario specific events, contests and local advertisers.

We thank you for making this simple switch to wave983.fm if you live in BC and are presently streaming on wave.fm. We have always appreciated your willingness to help us remain a unique, high quality choice for those who love great music.
